PROJECT OVERVIEW

During my senior year at Stevenson University, the biology and design departments had the opportunity to partner with the National Human Genome Research Institute. Working in teams of two or three students, we were tasked with creating an educational game to the introduce the complex science of CRISPR to middle school students. The goal was to build a foundation of understanding to promote an early interest in science. Biology students were responsible for verifying and science of the game while design students were in charge of visuals.
