In Asian households, we traditionally take our shoes off before entering our homes. One of my mother's favorite anecdotes about me when I was toddler is how, every time we had a gathering of people at our house, I would sit in the midst of all the shoes and patiently arrange them, making sense of the madness of sizes and shapes and colors.
My first experience with graphic design was a two-year career academy in high school. Afterwards, I was accepted into the Rouse Scholars Program at Howard Community College, where I graduated with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design. This led to my acceptance to Stevenson University, from which I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Visual Communication and Design.
